Get Smart About Credit is a national campaign of volunteer bankers who work with young people to raise awareness about the importance of using credit wisely. This year Get Smart About Credit will be celebrated October 15 - 17.

Join our presenter for this informative session. She will guide your students through some very important aspects related to the cost of credit. She will cover information about new credit card rules and how those rules impact your students; credit reports and why they are important; those “payday loan” lenders and what to watch for and she’ll explain APR and other important topics. She will also add some important information about how thieves are using the Internet and other technologies to try to get information from people who have bank accounts and credit cards!

There are many free resources for educators on the American Bankers Association page.

Space for this session will be limited so sign up today!
