At 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Iowa Public Television will broadcast Governor Culver's 12:30 p.m. news conference from the state's Emergency Operations Center. The news conference will focus on this week's floods throughout the state. They Called Me Kathy, originally scheduled for 3:30 p.m., will be seen at a later date.
