IPTV Create/World demonstrates be found on the .3 channel (11.3 in central Iowa, 12.3 in eastern Iowa, etc.), and is only available to viewers who are watching over the air with a digital television set or a converter box. Offered as an additional digital channel, viewers to IPTV Create/World will see outstanding how-to programming each day with IPTV Create programs from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., followed by quality public affairs programs from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
