WHO:              Dr. Neil Harl, a scholar and professor at Iowa State University with expertise in rural economics, is guest on the next Iowa Press. Harl will discuss the current state of the national and local economies.

 

This program will be broadcast Friday, April 30 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 2 at 11:30 a.m. The program will also be broadcast on IPTV WORLD (.3) Saturday at 9 a.m., and will be available online at www.iptv.org.

 

Joining Harl at the Iowa Press table are moderator Dean Borg, of Iowa Public Radio; Mike Glover, senior legislative and political reporter for the Associated Press; and Kay Henderson, news director for Radio Iowa.

 

WHAT:           The program will be broadcast Friday, April 30 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 2 at 11:30 a.m. on statewide Iowa Public Television. The program will also be broadcast on IPTV WORLD (.3) Saturday at 9 a.m., and program video and a transcript will also be available beginning Friday evening at www.iptv.org.
