IPTV Seeking Candidates for RTC Representative

Iowa Public Television is currently seeking candidates to fill two Regional Telecommunications Council (RTC) vacancies.
The RTCs were established by Iowa Code in Senate File 2089, 1994, to serve as a regional advisory council for educational use of the Iowa Communications Network (ICN). More information regarding the RTC guidelines and responsibilities can be found at http://www.iptv.org/education/documents/rtc_guidelines_responsibilities_april_2011.pdf. IPTV is currently responsible for filling two vacancies on this council.
Candidates for the region XIV position:
* Must be female
* Must be an educator in the Southwestern Community College region
* May have a Democrat, Republican or Independent party affiliation
Candidates for the region XII position:
* Must be female
* Must be an educator in the Western Iowa Tech Community College region
* Must have a Republican or Independent party affiliation
