Mark your calendars for this year's IPTV KIDS Day at Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines! On June 18, during regular zoo hours, you can walk with a wallaby, lounge with a llama and even see a cat in a hat! The Cat in the Hat from The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That will be giving out hugs and posing for photos with his fans, and IPTV KIDS Clubhouse host Dan WArdell will be presenting his interactive story time. Members of Friends of Iowa Public Television will find a coupon for free admission for up to six children ages 12 and younger on page 5 of the June Advance. 

IPTV KIDS Club members are invited to a special Breakfast with the Beasts from 9 to 10 that morning. Tickets are free for children 2 and younger and $10 for everyone 3 and older. During the kid-friendly breakfast, you'll be able to roam the zoo and meet the animals. You may even see a few of them receive their breakfast.
