Jeffrey Brown talks to Atlantic Council's Fred Hof who explains the potentially important role that the U.N., the U.S. and Russia to end Syria's war and inspire a transition of leadership. He says President Assad is a "dead man walking," and without a doubt his regime will come to an end, hopefully sooner rather than later.
